Are you a merchant with a high quality product?
The Louisiana Renaissance Festival is focusing heavily on ensuring top quality merchants. We are always interested in talking to merchants who have a unique and/or hand made products.
JURY PROCESS - JURY PROCESS - LRF selects merchants by an ongoing jury system that is open from April 1st through September 1st. Early applications will be held until the start of the selection process. Applications that miss the jury deadline will normally be returned.
Jury selection is based upon:
1. Suitability to time our historic time period.
2. How unique your product is.
3. Similarity to products other merchants at LRF are selling. We try to avoid excessive product overlap.
4. Presentation. Which includes appearance of booth, costuming, and how well your product is presented.
- Although not required we consider demonstrations of period products a plus to any booth.

CAMPING - Onsite camping is available for participants and cast members. The conditions are rustic, but we do have electric and water available. Both RV slips and tents spaces area available. Click here for details.
Weather is a concern for all experienced "Rennies." It's great British weather. The average temperature during the festival is from the sixties when we open to the upper fifties by the end. Expect a slight but constant breeze.
