We have completed the jury selection process for our 2007 season, and are no longer accepting applications for 2007. Applications for 2008 may be submitted at any time, and will be held until the first jury meeting which is scheduled for the first week of April, 2008.

Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in the Louisiana Renaissance Festival! Here is some important information and highlights of the application to make sure you don't overlook anything important! Once you have reviewed this information please select the type of application you would like from the list below.

• Please make sure you mark all the correct blocks including your desired options and plans for camping.
• Make sure you list all of your products that you wish to sell. Please note that we will review all applications and reserve the right to delete specific items if they will cause excessive overlap with other merchants. You will not be allowed to sell items that were not approved on your final contract.
• We are accepting a VERY limited number of new booths this year. Make sure you include enough photographs for us to get a good idea of what your product is.
• If there is something special and unique about your product that makes it different from everyone else, make sure you let us know! If you want to add additional descriptions or letters to your application they will assist in helping us make our decision.
• There is a $100 fee that must be submitted with your application. If you do not include the fee with your application it will not be presented to the jury for consideration. If you are accepted, this fee will be applied to your booth fees. If you are not accepted, the fee will be returned to you.
• Our jury selection process will begin April 1 and continue until September 1. Applications received prior to April 1st will be held for the jury, however they will be reviewed in the order received. We will normally notify you if you have been accepted within 30 days of receiving your application. Because returning merchants have already filled the following merchant categories, new applications will not be considered unless you have a VERY unique product.
