Worker/Participant Camping Information

We offer numerous camping areas with electric service ranging from 15 amp to 50 amp service. Water is available, but no on-site dump facilities are available. We do have a contract with a portable toilet company that will empty RV holding tanks (additional info below). Wi-Fi is available in all of our participant campground areas for an additional fee ($30/month).

Each person staying on-site will be charged a facility fee ($40) and a cleaning deposit ($30) when they check in, which must be paid in full upon arrival. Electric service may be paid in full at check-in, or you can make partial payments during the show. (A service fee of $5 will be added after each payment if your account is not paid in full).

The facility fee is a per person charge to cover the cost of portable toilets, trash pickup and campground maintenance. For the run of our show the cost is $40, which covers Oct 28th through Dec 23th (which includes up to 10 days before and 10 days after the show dates). If you want to stay onsite outside our regular show times, the facility fee is $10 per week.

The total fee (per person) for camping onsite without electric service is $70 for the run of the show (Oct 28 to Dec 23). If you want electric service there will be an additional fee, which is listed below.

You pay for the time from opening day through closing day, then we provide you up to 10 additional days before and after the show at no additional cost. Refunds for early departure or late arrival will not be made for the extra days provided at no additional cost.

Portable Toilets with weekly service are available for $175 for the run of the show for personal (or merchant) use. These personal toilets may be locked by the renter and placed anywhere on festival ground that is accessable by the service truck. Note: The renter is responsible for ensuring the lock is removed on the scheduled service day when the service truck arrives or that weeks service will be missed. No refund will be offered for service missed because the toilet is locked. This includes a scheduled service once a week.

We have a service taking care of our RV septic tanks this year. Note that a single service is $40. If you sign up for multiple services you only pay $25 per service. You must pre-pay septic service in full to receive this discounted rate.
